Rules
Kinsmen Home Lottery Tickets
A maximum of 30,000 tickets will be offered.
1,228 prizes will be awarded. Approximately 1 in 25 chances to win.
Tickets are $100 each, 3-packs for $250 each or 5-packs for $375 each.
Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age.
Tickets must be purchased and mailed within Saskatchewan.
Ticket and 50/50 Add-On purchases are not tax deductible.
Guidelines for purchasing a 3-pack or 5-pack are as follows:
Only one method of payment and only one mailing address are permitted.
Only one envelope will be mailed containing all three/five tickets.
Up to three names can be recorded on a ticket. These names will be duplicated on all three/five tickets.
Kinsmen Home Lottery 50/50 Add-Ons
A maximum of 117,000 50/50 Add-Ons will be offered.
50/50 Add-Ons are one for $10, five (5) for $25 or fifteen (15) for $50.
Guidelines for purchasing 50/50 Add-Ons are as follows:
Only one method of payment and only one mailing address are permitted.
Only one envelope will be mailed containing Lottery tickets and all 50/50 Add-Ons.
† 50/50 Add-Ons must be ordered in conjunction with your Kinsmen Home Lottery ticket. 50/50 Add-On orders will not be accepted after your original Kinsmen Home Lottery ticket order date.
♦ Each Kinsmen Home Lottery ticket in a 3-pack or 5-pack, and each 50/50 Add-On in a 5-pack or 15-pack, must contain the same information.
DRAW DATES AND DEADLINES
VIP Deadline: Midnight, April 26, 2013
VIP Draw Date: May 24, 2013
Bonus Deadline: Midnight, May 16, 2013
Bonus Draw Date: May 24, 2013
Early Bird Deadline: Midnight, June 20, 2013*
Early Bird Draw Date: July 3, 2013
Final Deadline: Midnight, July 11, 2013**
Final Draw Date: July 19, 2013
Only tickets purchased before midnight, April 26, 2013 will be eligible to win the VIP Prize: 7 nights in Palm Springs OR $2,500 cash. VIP Prize Draw: May 24, 2013.
Only tickets purchased before midnight, May 16, 2013 will be eligible to win the Bonus Prize: Eastern Mediterranean and Greek Isles Cruise OR $6,500 cash. Bonus Prize Draw: May 24, 2013.
*Only tickets purchased before midnight, June 20, 2013 are eligible to win the Early Bird Prize: a 2013 Cadillac Escalade EXT OR a 2013 Bennington 25' Pontoon Boat OR $80,000 cash. If all tickets are sold by the Early Bird ticket sales deadline, then all prize draws, including the 50/50 draw, will be completed by July 3, 2013.
**If tickets remain after the Early Bird ticket sales deadline, then only the Early Bird draw will be made on July 3, 2013. The remaining prize draws, including the 50/50 draw, will be completed by July 19, 2013. Final ticket sales deadline is midnight, July 11, 2013.
DRAWS
All draws will be made at the offices of Ernst & Young LLP, with the top valued prize draws to be televised. After each draw, the winner’s name and ticket number are recorded and the token returned to the drum; thus ticket holders are eligible for a chance at each and every prize.
Each ticket purchased before the VIP ticket sales deadline is eligible for all 1,228 draws. Each ticket purchased before the Bonus ticket sales deadline is eligible for the remaining 1,227 draws. Each ticket purchased before the Early Bird ticket sales deadline, but after the Bonus ticket sales deadline, is eligible for all remaining 1,226 draws. Tickets purchased after the Early Bird ticket sales deadline will be eligible for the remaining 1,225 draws.
Only one (1) 50/50 Add-On number will be drawn. Winner will be awarded half the cash.
PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION
All prize winners will be notified in writing by Ernst & Young LLP as to what they won and where and how to claim prizes. Prizes must be accepted as awarded with no cash alternatives available with the exception of the VIP, Bonus, Early Bird and vehicle prizes as described in the brochure. In the case of the VIP Prize, the prize winner may choose either the trip or the cash alternative. In the case of the Bonus Prize, the prize winner may choose either the cruise or the cash alternative. In the case of the Early Bird Prize, the winner may choose either the 2013 Cadillac Escalade EXT, or the 2013 Bennington 25' Pontoon Boat, or the cash alternative. In the case of the vehicle prizes, the winner may choose one of the vehicles offered or the cash alternative.
Prizes awarded may not be as exactly as illustrated. Total retail value of all prizes is $1,464,441 including taxes.
All prizes should be claimed within 365 days of the applicable draw date. In the event a winner has not claimed his/her prize within that period, and after all attempts have been exhausted to contact that winner (i.e. by telephone and mail), then that prize will be submitted to a charity approved by the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority.
A list of top winners will be published in The StarPhoenix and a complete list posted at KinsmenHomeLottery.com within one week of the applicable draw date (July 10 or July 24).
ELIGIBILITY
Contest guidelines prohibit the following individuals and their immediate family members residing in the same household from purchasing tickets: executives of the Kinsmen Club and partners and employees of Ernst & Young LLP.
The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
Retail values are approximate as of the date contracts were negotiated with suppliers. Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prize may rise or diminish over time. Winner or charity is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded. Prices include taxes and freight, where applicable.

Personal information collected will be used to fulfill ticket orders, provide information on our future lotteries, contact prize winners and publicize the names of prize winners.
