Draws
All draws are hand draws conducted by Hergott Duval Stack LLP. The first draw is for the Early Bird prize. Thereafter, prize draws are made in order of least retail value to the highest retail value, concluding with the Grand Prize Showhome. After each draw, the winner's name and ticket number are recorded and the stub returned to the drum; thus ticket holders are eligible for a chance at each and every prize.
Only one (1) 50/50 Add-on number will be drawn.
Claiming of Prizes
All prize winners will be notified in writing by the Hergott Duval Stack LLP as to what they won and where and how to claim prizes. All prizes must be accepted as awarded with no cash equivalencies available with the exception of the Early Bird and vehicle prizes as described on this site and in the brochure. Prizes awarded may not be as exactly as illustrated. All prizes should be claimed within 120 days of the applicable draw date. In the event that a winner has not claimed his/her prize within that period, and after all attempts have been exhausted to contact that winner (i.e., by telephone and mail), then that prize will be returned to the Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon for use in other fundraising ventures, subject to approval of the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority.
The following and their immediate family members are ineligible to purchase tickets: partners and staff of Hergott Duval Stack LLP, and Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon Executive.
